New Peerlis radio campaign to benefit Salvation Army of NEO
CLEVELAND - Peerlis is excited to announce a new donation campaign with the Salvation Army of Northeast Ohio. "It is important that we continue to do everything that we can in order to help our community thrive and the Salvation Army has been such a stable force in Cleveland for so long we felt they were the perfect fit for our new campaign," said Greg Wasinski of Peerlis.
The campaign's premise is that Peerlis will donate a portion of all
revenue generated through its WTAM radio advertising to the
Salvation Army. Phil Mason, Director of Development for the Salvation Army,
expressed his appreciation, adding "This year, with the reduction of
kettle locations, we need your help and support more than ever before."
The campaign is slated to run through the end of the year, but Peerlis
is currently looking to develop other avenues to continue its relationship with the Salvation Army.
It is important to note that if someone wants to make a donation to the Salvation Army, that they do it with the Greater Cleveland Office to keep it local. "Anyone that may want to give a gift directly should direct it to The Salvation Army, Greater
Cleveland Area Services. That way the money will stay in Cleveland and
directly help fellow Clevelanders," said Mason.
Peerlis is pleased with the response the campaign has received. "The only way that we view this campaign as a success is by the amount of responses we get and the money we
can donate for all of the Salvation Army's causes," added Wasinski. If you
would like to learn more about the Salvation Army visit their site directly
at www.use.salvationarmy.org/neo or contact them at 216-861-8185,
where you can volunteer or make a donation directly.
